2-1-1 is a bridge between people who need services and the agencies that can help. Our service is free, confidential and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We connect over 15,000 callers a year to services through our database and our online database is also searched over 45,000 times a year. The main search method is by service type so it is important to provide detail on each service.
Keeping your Agency Information Current is Vital!
United Way of Greater Lorain County has staff dedicated to maintaining this comprehensive database of local, state, and national health and human service resources that serve residents of Lorain County. We appreciate your assistance in keeping our database up-to-date and accurate by providing information through one of the methods listed below. There is no cost for your agency to be included in our 2-1-1 database.
To update your agency or program information, select from one of the following options:
- Fill out the new program form and email back to the address listed at the top of the form.
